ClientShow today announced a revamp and redesign of its collaboration tool for graphic designers and photographers to communicate with their clients.
The company offers a downloadable Adobe AIR app for users sharing media, while the client views sessions, a fancy term for meetings, in a browser (they must have Adobe Flash installed). ClientShow works in real-time and helps users and their clients to capture files, feedback, comments and interactions in the cloud.
Changes to the tool include revamped session reports as well as PDF and video support. The free application will include 100 megabytes of storage, two client subscriptions and four sessions per month. The paid application, which will cost you $9 a month, gives users 1 gigabyte of storage as well as unlimited clients and sessions per month. Additional storage can be purchased at a reasonable $1 per month for another 1 gigabyte.
ClientShow is also claiming some additional features that should be available in the month month, including custom branding for the app, VoIP capabilities and integration with Gmail, Facebook, LinkedIn and Yahoo.
While there are several competitors with similar features, including ConceptShare, and BaseCamp ClientShow appears to have the best price per month. Competitors range from $24 to $99 per month for services.
The Scotts Valley, California company has raised $800k and has no plans to seek VC funding at this time. ClientShow launched last fall at the TechCrunch 50 conference in San Francisco,
